Through the Heart of ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä Heart Ball, held March 2 at the ÂÒÂ×ÄÚÉä Coliseum & Convention Center, American Heart Association WV celebrated its success in driving change, funding science and improving behaviors. The association's 2024 honorees are Dr. Wissam Gharib, Heart of Gold Award recipient, and Dr. H. James Staton, Cardiovascular Excellence Award recipient.
