NSPE-WV President Chris Butler provided introductory remarks before awarding NSPE-WV scholarships to Zachary Bowling, Robert Johnson, Eliza Keener and Sarah Robinette.

Cindy Shamblin, of ACEC-WV, presented scholarships on behalf of the ACEC-WV to Harley Justice, Mario Sanchez and Adam Tilley.

Melissa Thompson awarded the 2024 ASCE-WV scholarships to Katelyn Pepe and Alaine Rutherford. Thompson also presented Rutherford with the WTS-WV Engineering Scholarship.

Founded in 1951 by the National Society of Professional Engineers, Engineers Week is observed each year in February. Also known as E-Week, Engineers Week is dedicated to creating and maintaining a diverse, well-educated future engineering workforce by increasing understanding and interest in engineering and technology careers.
